Rio Blanco County is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys or firms to provide legal representation and counsel to the Department of Human Services (DHS). 
The DHS Attorney will serve as legal counsel to the Department Director and staff in all statutory and administrative matters involving child welfare, adult protection, and related human services functions.
