The County Administrator serves as the chief administrative officer for Rio Blanco County and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of county government under the direction of the Board of County Commissioners.
The Administrator works with county departments, elected officials, employees, partner agencies, and the public to implement Board policies, manage county operations, coordinate strategic initiatives, oversee budgets and contracts, support personnel and organizational development, and ensure efficient delivery of county services.
The Administrator also serves as a liaison between the Board of County Commissioners, county staff, community organizations, state and federal agencies, and residents to help advance the County's goals and priorities.
