Financial assistance is available for low-income families to help pay for child care. You can apply for Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) online, by mail or by contacting the Rio Blanco County Department of Human Services, 200 Main Street, Meeker, or 101 East Main Street, Rangely. If you use the paper application, you must submit it to your county department of human/social services in person or by mail.
