Oil and Gas/Personal Property Declaration Schedules are due back to the Assessor's Office no later than April 15, 2021.
Colorado law requires the Assessor to hear objections to real property classification and valuation beginning no later than May 4, 2021. Objections must be postmarked, delivered or presented in person to the Assessor's Office no later than June 1, 2021.

Deadline for Commissioners to certify and levy taxes for the current year is December 22, 2021.
