There will be no disruption to your internet service delivery through the transition to another provider.
Currently any customers that do not move to another provider will be transitioned to an alternative provider on September 1st, 2022 automatically. You are welcome to choose another provider at any time, however. If you do decide to choose an alternate provider, please notify us by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org
Visionary will continue to support current customers until September 1st, 2022. At that time another provider will take over support for your account, and you will be notified when that happens.
After the transition, you will receive payment instructions for your new provider.
You may continue to call Visionary until September 1st. After that you will need to call your assigned provider.
Currently Cimarron Telecommunications and Visionary Broadband are active providers on the Rio Blanco Broadband network. Rio Blanco County recently released an invitation for Letters of Interest to gauge interest from other providers.
