The Human Services Department established Child Support Services by federal and state law to locate non-custodial parents and to obtain from them financial support for their children. Services include:

  • Enforcing child support orders and collecting child support payments
  • Enforcing medical support orders
  • Establishing child support and medical support orders
  • Establishing paternity
  • Location of non-custodial parents and their assets
