Do I need to initiate a move to a different provider?

Currently any customers that do not move to another provider will be transitioned to an alternative provider on September 1st, 2022 automatically. You are welcome to choose another provider at any time, however. If you do decide to choose an alternate provider, please notify us by sending a message to net_service@rbc.us
