The Board of County Commissioners of Rio Blanco County, Colorado, has determined that it is prudent to create a Master Fee Schedule to provide efficiency, economy, and uniformity in establishing and adjusting fees charged by Rio Blanco County into one abbreviated schedule.
The fees set forth in the Master Fee Schedule are reasonably calculated to compensate Rio Blanco County for services provided to individuals paying said fees.
