Vaccinations in Rio Blanco County - Now open to general population

If you are unable to make one of our clinics due to a scheduling conflict, please email for other options. We recommend everyone to continue diligent disease prevention steps whenever possible to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.

Who is currently eligible?

  • General Population over age 18 (Rio Blanco County Public Health is using the Moderna Vaccination which is only authorized for age 18 and up, other types of the vaccination have been approved for age 16 and up)

No appointment required for walk-in or drive-up clinics, first-come first-serve for available vaccine.

Currently Public Health is using the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.  Public Health expects to receive Johnson & Johnson however an arrival date has not been set.  It is not recommended to wait for this presentation as that timely vaccination is a priority.

Clinic may close early depending on doses availability.
